DB2160 Air-Cooled Heat Sink

The DB2160 Air-Cooled Heat Sink (also referenced as the DB2160 Battery Cooling Station) is a dedicated thermal management base designed specifically for the DJI DB2160 Intelligent Flight Battery, used on agricultural drone platforms like the DJI Agras T100.
Core Purpose & Functionality
After heavy payload spraying or spreading operations, the high-capacity DB2160 battery retains significant internal heat. Modern fast-chargers (such as the DJI C12000 or D14000iE generator setups) will throttle or refuse charging if a battery exceeds safe operating temperatures.
The DB2160 heat sink provides active forced-air cooling around the battery casing, rapidly lowering cell temperatures post-flight. Placing the battery into this cooling base before or during charging allows operators to maintain rapid charge cycles (8–9 minutes from 30% to 95%) without thermal delays.
