The AN-C120 (also categorized as the AeroClean T120 Duo) is a specialized dual-tethered system designed to transform the DJI FlyCart 30 (FC30) into a high-altitude industrial cleaning machine.
Unlike standard drone operations that require frequent landings for water refills and battery swaps, this system uses a "Dual Tether"—one line for high-pressure water and one for continuous electrical power.
1. Core System Capabilities
Continuous Operation: By delivering 16kW of power from a ground station, the FC30 can stay airborne for an entire work shift (8+ hours) without needing a single battery change.
Ground-Based Water Supply: Connects to a high-pressure pump on the ground, delivering water or cleaning agents through a 120m reinforced hose.
High-Pressure Output: Supports pressure up to 35 MPa (350 bar), powerful enough to strip grime from wind turbine blades, high-rise facades, and industrial solar arrays.
Precision Control: The sprayer head is fully integrated with the DJI remote controller via PSDK, allowing the pilot to tilt and swivel the nozzle independently of the drone's movement.
