The DJI M400 Drone Parachute System is built on the DJI SDK and engineered for deep compatibility with the DJI Matrice 400. It features a dual‑sensor architecture with redundant safety logic, maintains real‑time communication with the drone to monitor flight status, and is designed to seamlessly integrate with the drone for faster, smarter responses.
In an emergency, the parachute automatically stops the propellers and deploys the parachute to protect the drone and flight safety. After deployment, the parachute is reusable—simply replace the pre‑packed canopy (parachute pack) to restore readiness, reducing operating costs while maintaining high reliability.

The parachute is designed specifically for the DJI Matrice 400 drone; the product features an ultra‑simple mounting structure for rapid attach/detach. It communicates directly via the drone’s bottom E‑Port 4 interface with no additional wiring needed.Red–Blue Strobe | Warning and Illumination

Deeply developed on the DJI PSDK, the parachute is tightly integrated with the aircraft for real‑time flight‑state awareness. In emergencies, it can auto-stop the motors and trigger deployment. Manual one‑tap deployment is also supported from the remote controller interface. A newly added supercapacitor keeps the system powered after a main power loss, effectively preventing power‑off free‑fall.
