DJI Terra Standard + DJI Modify Flagship - Permanent
The DJI Terra Standard + DJI Modify Flagship (Permanent) is a powerful software bundle designed to bridge the gap between 3D reconstruction and high-end model retouching. This permanent license allows you to own both tools indefinitely, making it a cost-effective choice for long-term mapping and surveying operations.
Software Roles & Synergy
DJI Terra (Standard): Acts as the processing engine. It takes raw photos or LiDAR data from your drone and converts them into 2D maps and 3D models.
DJI Modify (Flagship): Acts as the sculptor/editor. It is DJI’s first intelligent 3D model editing software, used to fix common "artifacts" (errors) in 3D models such as floating parts, distorted water surfaces, or messy textures.
The Workflow: You process the model in Terra, then click a single button to "handoff" the project to Modify. Once you’ve cleaned the model in Modify, you can export the final, polished version for clients or BIM software.
Key Features of the Bundle
1. DJI Terra Standard (Permanent)
Photogrammetry: Generates high-precision 3D meshes, 2D Orthomosaics, and Digital Surface Models (DSM).
LiDAR Support: Optimized for the Zenmuse L1/L2, allowing for one-click colorized point cloud generation.
Gaussian Splatting: Support for the latest photorealistic modeling technology that renders fine details (like thin wires or vegetation) better than traditional mesh.
Agriculture Features: Processes multispectral data (from Mavic 3M) to create NDVI and NDRE maps.
2. DJI Modify Flagship (Permanent)
Floating Parts Removal: Easily selects and deletes "blobs" or artifacts floating in the air.
Flattening & Vehicle Removal: Flatten uneven surfaces or "erase" moving cars from a parking lot to create a clean site model.
Hole Filling: Uses AI to intelligently fill gaps in the mesh where the drone may have missed a spot.
Texture Repair: Allows for "cloning" or "erasing" textures to fix blurry areas on walls or ground surfaces.
Water Surface Repair: Specifically repairs reflective water bodies that usually look "spiky" or broken in raw 3D models.
