AN-CP40 Series Aerial Spraying -Coating Version
The AN-CP40 Series (AeroClean P4) Coating Version is a precision aerial spraying system designed for industrial maintenance and infrastructure protection. Unlike standard agricultural sprayers, the Coating Version is engineered specifically to handle viscous fluids like protective paints, anti-corrosive coatings, and hydrophobic materials.
It is typically used with the DJI Matrice 350 RTK or Matrice 300 RTK and is a centerpiece for "contact-safe" close-proximity maintenance.
1. Core Capabilities
Atomized Spraying Technology: Uses high-pressure pneumatic control to create a fine, uniform mist. This prevents common coating defects like sagging, dripping, or "orange peel" textures.
Precision Distance Control: Integrated with real-time ranging sensors (Radar/LiDAR), the system maintains a constant standoff distance (typically 0.5m to 3m) to ensure a consistent dry film thickness (DFT).
Flexible Nozzle Geometry: The nozzle features a 90° horizontal and 20° vertical adjustment range. This allows the drone to coat "blind spots" like the underside of bridge beams or the leading edges of wind turbine blades.
Passive Collision Safety: The spray boom is equipped with "soft joints" that can buffer up to 50N of impact force, protecting both the drone and the structure if accidental contact occurs.
