AN-C60(M400W+M400X) Dual Tethered Cleaning System for DJI M400
The AN-C60 Dual Tethered Cleaning System is an industrial-grade solution designed specifically for the DJI Matrice 400 (M400). It utilizes the MU-M400W (Water Tether) and MU-M400X (Power Tether) modules to provide a 2-in-1 connection for uninterrupted high-altitude cleaning.
By combining continuous ground power with a high-pressure water supply, it removes the two biggest constraints of drone cleaning: battery swaps and water tank refills.
1. Core System Components
MU-M400W (Water Module): A ground-to-air high-pressure hose system that delivers water or cleaning agents directly to the drone’s spray boom. It supports pressures up to 20–30 MPa (200–300 bar).
MU-M400X (Power Module): An airborne power converter that sits in the M400's battery bay. It draws high-voltage DC from the ground station to provide 3 kW of continuous power to the drone’s eight motors and sensors.
AN-C60 Spray Boom: A lightweight (1.3 kg) carbon-fiber arm with a neural tactile AI gimbal. It can tilt from +20° to -40°, allowing the drone to clean eaves, windowsills, and vertical facades with no blind spots.
